If your order gets submitted by 3:00pm Eastern time, it should be worked that day and is counted as Day 0. After 3:00pm it is Day -1.

Orders should complete processing by Day 2 and go out the door by the end of that day.

Examples:
Order received 2:00pm Eastern on Monday 12 Feb (Day 0) gets in the queue and should ship by end of day 14 Feb (Day 2).

Order received at 9:00pm Eastern Monday 12 Feb (Day -1) gets in the queue13 Feb (Day 0) and should ship by end of day 15 Feb (Day 2).

Attached is a UPS ship timeline map.  PMC ship times.png (42kb) downloaded 46 time(s).

If you do not receive the order by the projected date of the ship email (also compare to the ship map above) email HQ or the PMC immediately so we can get on replacing the shipment and ensure you receive it before the course.

Spending 3 weeks spinning your wheels waiting for UPS to admit it is lost, puts us all behind the power curve. The worst thing that can happen if you jump the gun is you end up getting a duplicate set of materials if UPS finds it later.
