E&T staff cannot make changes to member’s or former (expired) member’s accounts. We are not the “owner” of that database. Trainers can email [email protected] and within 24-48 hours, the databases will sync up and show on the trainer’s side.

We can make changes to non-member accounts with a 101 number. Email [email protected]
